Obtaining our service is as easy a 1,2,3:

1. Sign the general ESR client agreement at: https://www.esrcheckonline.com/ESR/.
2. Receive Consent forms for the applicant to sign AND Chain of Custody forms that an applicant takes to a collection site, and work with your customer service representative on sites convenient for your workforce.
3. Have your applicant take a drug test.

How payment is made:

PDS can arrange payments in one of three ways:

1. Billing upon approval of a credit application.
2. Billing without a credit application as long as the account is secured by a credit card.
3. Provide PDS with a credit card for monthly billing (Visa or MC).
